What countries can/can't you ship to?

We try to ship to as many countries as possible around the world, but due to infrastructure issues, political sanctions, and other reasons out of our control there are a few we cannot reach.

Countries we do ship to:

All of European Union, the UK, most of the Americas. Countries we unfortunately do not ship to:

Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, Bosnia, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Moldova, Myanmar, Qatar, Russia, Serbia, Tunisia, UAE, Ukraine. Any African countries not listed above. Any Polynesian/Melanesian Islands not listed above.

How is postage calculated?

Postage cost is calculated by weight and shape of item, based on your location. For example, posters weigh very little and due to their shape they can be shipped together. Combined orders may have to be sent in more than one package, for example a mug and a poster, so that will be more expensive. International shipping varies a lot from country to country and may involve extra costs for tracking or tolls. In some countries where international shipments are often delayed or lost, we have made tracked shipments mandatory.

What payment methods do you accept?

We run out payments system on PayPal, which accepts all major credit and bank cards. If you have a PayPal account you can also use PayPal Credit or your PayPal balance. (Payment does not require an account.)

How long does it take to ship an order?

We are a small team but we work fast. In stock orders ship within 3 working days. Depending on where you are in the world your order may anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive. Other disruptions like Christmas, war, and global pandemics may increase wait times...

My item hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do?

You can get in touch using our contact page. However, if you placed your order fewer than 31 working days ago please allow a little longer before you get in touch. Please also note that some items may be on pre-order or delayed. (You can check this information on the product page.)

Only part of my order has arrived. What’s up?

My item is damaged or incorrect. What can I do?

Please get in touch immediately using the contact page. Depending on the nature of the issue we may require photo evidence of damage. In most cases we will be more than happy to exchange or refund an item, although we do not cover the cost of return postage.

I need to cancel or change my order.

Please get in touch immediately using the contact page. If we haven’t shipped it yet we can make changes or cancel the order upon your request. We’ll do our best to help you out in any case. If it's shipped, there's nothing we can do.

I have found an issue with the site / I have a feature request or recommendation! Can I tell you about it?

We have a special section on the contact page for requests and bug reports. Please get in touch if you notice anything broken, or have any handy suggestions! Our team will review them all, although we may not respond to every email.
