What payment methods do you accept?
We run out payments system on PayPal, which accepts all major credit and bank cards. If you have a PayPal account you can also use PayPal Credit or your PayPal balance. (Payment does not require an account.)
How long does it take to ship an order?
We are a small team, so we try to ship all orders on the same day every two weeks. That means depending on where you are in the world your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
My item hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do?
You can get in touch using our contact page. However, if you placed your order fewer than 14 working days ago please allow a little longer before you get in touch. Please also note that some items may be on pre-order or delayed. (You can check this information on the product page.)
Only part of my order has arrived. What’s up?
Please note that items of different shapes and sizes (for example: posters, t-shirts) are shipped in different kinds of packaging. This is to ensure they arrive in good condition. Multiple t-shirts in the same order will be shipped together in a large mail bag. Posters will be shipped in a protective poster tube. They may arrive at different times or on different days.
My item is damage or incorrect. What can I do?
Please get in touch immediately using the contact page. Depending on the nature of the issue we may require photo evidence of damage. In most cases we will be more than happy to exchange or refund an item, although we do not cover the cost of return postage.
I need to cancel or change my order.
Please get in touch immediately using the contact page. If we haven’t shipped it yet we can make changes or cancel the order upon your request. We’ll do our best to help you out in any case.

We have a special section on the contact page for requests and bug reports. Please get in touch if you notice anything broken, or have any handy suggestions! Our team will review them all, although we may not respond to every email.
