The Eddsworld team strives to deliver great stuff, as quickly as possible, and of the highest quality possible. Of course occasionally there will be unforeseen issues with an order and we will do our best to sort it out.
We offer exchange or refund on items within 28 days from the date they arrive with you.
In the event that the item is incorrect or does not fit we are happy to offer a direct exchange for a new item of equivalent price. We ask that you get in touch via the contact page and return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship a new one. We cannot cover or deduct the cost of return postage.
Damaged or Lost Item
If you item does not arrive, or is damaged when it does, we will be happy to offer a replacement. In the event of a damaged item we may ask for photos. This will help us determine how it happened and if possible improve our shipping practices.
