Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most regions. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Some territories are excluded, based on UK Royal Mail exceptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We are a small team but we work fast. In stock orders ship within 3 working days. Depending on where you are in the world your order may anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive. Other disruptions like Christmas, war, and global pandemics may increase wait times.
How can I track my order?
Depending on which service fulfils your delivery, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has shipped or soon after.
What size is your clothing?
Each printed design ranges from S-3XL. However, some sizes may be unavailable due to demand or manufacturing limitations. For more size info check the product page. NOTE: Designs are NOT SCALED based on garment size.
Do you restock items?
Yes, we do! If a popular item sells out, we’ll restock it ASAP. NOTE: Use the “Notify me when back in stock” button to get alerted to a restock of the item you’re waiting for.
What does ‘pre-order’ mean?
Pre-order means ordering something before it is available. You will be charged when the order is placed. When a pre-order ends we will print all the items on pre-order. Orders that contain both pre-order items and standard items will only ship when all items are ready.
My item is damaged or incorrect. What can I do?
Please get in touch using the contact page. Depending on the nature of the issue we may require photo evidence of damage. In most cases we will be more than happy to exchange or refund an item. If part of an order is missing, we can check on its status and send out a replacement if necessary.
I need to cancel or change my order.
We aim to ship out orders within 24 hours of receiving them, often on the same day. For this reason it is important that youcheck all the details of your order thoroughly before you place it. After items have been shipped we cannot change the order. If your order has not yet shipped, it may be possible for us to change it.
There are bees in my package.
